Council Member Service

As a former City Council member Brooke is an active participant in improving Sandy.  Brooke utilizes her MBA on the South Valley Chamber of Commerce Board and South Valley Sports & Tourism Committee, her love for culture on the Hale Centre Theatre Executive Committee, and her passion for improving Sandy neighborhoods on the CDBG & Historic Sandy Committees, Public Utilities Advisory Board, Jordan River Commission, Utah League of Cities & Towns, Senior Center Advisory Board, I-15 Northbound Community Coordination Team, and Wattsmart Communities Workshop.

Community Volunteer

As a lifelong Sandy resident, Brooke volunteers in organizations that are close to her heart, including: the Arthritis Foundation, Jordan High School Alumni Association, Girls Scouts (Troop Leader & Community Leadership Finance Coordinator),  Republican Party (Precinct Vice Chair & State Delegate), Sandy Community Coordinator, PTA Board Member (in various positions/schools), PTA Canyons Elementary Council, and in various positions for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.

Lifelong Sandy City Resident

Brooke attended Sandy Elementary, Mt. Jordan Middle, and Jordan High before graduating from Southern Utah University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business & Communication. Brooke returned to Sandy and began her career managing global supply chains for major US companies while attending Westminster College to complete her Master of Business Administration. Brooke and her husband Ben are happily raising their three children.
